Gas is at 116.0, my city taxes are going to be up by at least 4%, the natural gas people have been given permission to raise our gas rates, I'm pretty sure my Shaw bill goes up every month, and last week the federal government said hang-on things are going to get rough. And now we're going to lose an hour sleep over the weekend with the time change. It almost seems like things just aren't going our way. Top five other signs things just aren't going your way. #5. You just realized your top five list only has four items. #4. At any point in the day you find yourself running with a bathroom plunger. #3. People keep reminding you, you were up 6-1 in the second period. #2. During your usual rush to get to work, you find yourself looking up the number for BCAA. #1. Your roll up the rim says “please do not play again, ya looser”.
