Mike's top five

Photos for our annual snowman building contest may be submitted up until 5:00 PM Friday, at the Snow Daze office. Details on our web site (1013theriver.com) or at the Snow Daze Winter Festival web site. Here are Mike's top five tips for building a snowman in Prince George.
#5. Though it is called a snow “man”, it is intended to be non gender specific. So please keep anatomy to a minimum.
#4. Don't build him to close to the dryer vent.
#3. Don't dress him in a Canucks jersey. Especially in the number 1 jersey – the symbolism might be to much for some people.
#2. If you build him near the Ice Oval, make sure he's not holding a hockey stick (and he's got five bucks stashed somewhere).
#1. Though it does add colour to your presentation, avoid using the yellow snow (especially if it has someone's name in it).
