This is Pet Dental Health Week in Canada. I was at the Vet yesterday for my puppy's regular shots and she was talking about taking care of their teeth. I started thinking – ya we do need to care of our pet's teeth as well as our own. Mike's top five signs maybe your dog needs to see a dentist.
#5. He makes a funny whistling noise every time he says “thanks Mister”.
#4. Before he'll eat them, has the neighbors Shih Tzu chew his milk bones for him.
#3. The legs on the coffee table are always wet with slobbery gum marks.
#2. You've taken to pureeing his canned cat food with a little yogurt and a drop of Crisco before serving.
#1. He won't go near his water dish, until you get him that tube of Doggy Sensodyne.
